Sargent Star Chung

Sargent Star Chung, Chelsea Police Department–I will always look after Chelsea. I’ve been my worst here, and I’ve been my besthere. I’ve seen my worst here, and I’ve seen my best here. Chelsea is like a family member that you can’t get rid of it. It’s become a part of your blood because you grew up here. You have to take care of it. It’s like a delicate flower. In the words of Tupac [Shakur], “it grew from concrete.”
